25 years as a full time home inspector for real estate transactions. Some inspectors claim to have many years in the “business” but not as a full time home inspector.
As a veteran home inspector I understand the work it takes for realtors and home buyers to get to the home inspection part of the transaction. I take great pride in owning my own business and going above and beyond the scope of a standard home inspection. Other prior experience include; building maintenance supervisor, foundation construction and over 50 certificates for continuing education for home inspector license and ASHI requirements. Inspector carries a Realtor Sentricard. This enables the inspector to access the house if the real estate agent is not able to attend. It also is great for setting and retrieving radon tests without the assistance from the agent or home owner.
Past MD licenses include; HVAC, plumbing and real estate.
